Pkuck Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to pkuck. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pkuck ("we", "us") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing the pkuck website or registering an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Pkuck is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. To use our services, you must agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy must be complied with.

2. Account Registration

To use pkuck's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pkuck reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and any balance held being forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact pkuck support immediately.
• Withdrawal access may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.

To complete KYC verification, a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted. pkuck processes verifications promptly, typically within 2–24 hours.

3. Age Requirement & Eligibility

Pkuck is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from opening an account or using the platform in any capacity.

In addition, pkuck services may not be used in the following circumstances:

• If you have been permanently banned from pkuck.
• If you reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• If you are an employee of pkuck or a family member of one.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits at pkuck can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳10,00,000 (standard members); separate limits apply for High Roller members.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay, please contact support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using another person's payment method may result in account suspension.
• Pkuck does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from pkuck. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without prior verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by membership tier.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed within 6 hours.
• Withdrawals for high roller members are processed within 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Pkuck reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity. Additional documentation may be required in such instances.

6. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on pkuck, please familiarise yourself with the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless pkuck decides to void the bet under special circumstances.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pkuck reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Bets placed during temporary pauses in live betting will be confirmed after verification by pkuck.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳100. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and membership tier.
• Any involvement in collusion or match-fixing will result in permanent account closure and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Pkuck offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Reload Bonus: Awarded to selected members on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Cashback: Cashback is paid at a fixed rate based on weekly net losses.
• Referral Bonus: Earn bonuses by referring new members.

If pkuck finds clear evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

8. Responsible Gaming

Pkuck believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. pkuck encourages all members to bet responsibly.

• Members can set their own deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion option – temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period – Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, please reach out to our support team.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Pkuck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud or system exploitation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or collusion.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless there is evidence of fraud.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

10. Privacy & Security

• Pkuck will never ask for your password via email or phone.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint between pkuck and a member will first be addressed through direct resolution.

• Pkuck responds to all complaints within 7 business days.
• Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• Pkuck's decision shall be considered final unless legal recourse is sought.

12. Changes to Terms

Pkuck reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with an updated date, and registered members will be notified by email.
